Visibility

The following special rules apply when drawing line of sight (Core Rules, 16.0) between fighters on two different platforms.

Lines of sight are drawn from base to base as normal, but must be drawn diagonally if the fighters in question are at different heights.
Fighters may not draw line of sight through platforms, unless the platforms are within 1” vertically of each other. Therefore to see a fighter on a platform below, a fighter must stand on the platform’s edge.
A tall obstacle is treated as being a medium obstacle if its top is below the higher platform and it is within 4” of the fighter on the higher platform. As a result, it does not restrict visibility.
