Introduction:
This optional rules module allows battles to be fought across multiple levels of terrain instead of just on one flat plane.
These rules are at an early draft stage, so expect to find some jank – when you do, please tell me about it. 😊
Definitions:
This module adds the following concepts to the game: platforms, scalable surfaces, and ramps. These concepts layer on top of the terrain concepts from the Core Rules (7.0). When setting up a terrain feature on the battlefield (Core Rules, 10.3), the players should agree on which parts of a terrain feature are platforms, scalable surfaces and ramps.
Interactions:
Fighters may interact with the concepts added in this module by falling off platforms, jumping between them, and climbing.
There are also special rules for determining whether fighters on different platforms are visible to each other, and for when a fighter on one platform makes an attack against a fighter on another platform.
